The name of the smoothie might mean there are other colors of carrots, which there are (I actually saw a purple carrot for the first time a few months ago), but we are referring to the actually fruit, the orange. The glorious orange. Have you ever stopped in amazement looking at all of the different fruits God created, not to mention His entire creation? It really is amazing how something can go from seed with some water and dirt to on the table. The process is truly a gift of God.
Sometimes when we make a smoothie, we try to color coordinate and add nothing that might clash with other colors so we don’t end up with a dark green-brown slime that is difficult to choke down. We try not to share those. Anyway, this came out a beautiful nice light orange color. So yum!
