Hi Samantha, Yes, I do understand. This recipe is to give some options for those who can’t have dairy or eggs like myself, but would like something similar. We call it “Caesar” because of the taste. Thank you for visiting!

Why not call it something else — Caesar dressing has almost none of those ingredients and it has anchovies.

Yum! I recently started making nut based dressings several weeks ago, and I don’t think I will ever go back to my former loves of balsamic vinegar and evoo. There is something about these “whole food” dressings that really makes me happy (and full!)
