Here was my workout for today:
10-minute countdown:
145# Full Clean and Press – 2 reps
And for a finisher:
7-minute countdown:
70# KB Swings – 15 reps
So that all means that when the clock hits zero, I get to work, every minute for ten minutes (seven minutes for the finisher). Everything felt pretty good, but I think it’s because it’s the start of the week and I was feeling pretty fresh. Otherwise, I’d be inclined to say I should have gone heavier.
