Thrifty Thinking
There are so many creative ways to wrap gifts. Here are just a couple of ideas to reuse some items you may already have around your house. And if you don’t have them, may be this will inspire you to start saving them!
I keep my grocery bags and not only use them to transport items when needed, but I occasionally use the inside of the bag to wrap up gifts. You can also do the same thing with the comics from the newspaper. Comics work as great wrapping paper all year round, too.
Also, I keep a bag of ribbons that have been part of gifts given to our family. I like the challenge of using the old ribbons to wrap our gifts. If needed, I wash the ribbons and iron them to use them again.

I agree, I like the look of your package with the brown bag and the plaid ribbon. Today I wrapped a gift for a baby shower with a fleece blanket that I purchased for a gift for her also. then I tied the top with a big bow! Andi
