So yesterday the ladies and I did the same Tabata Tandem that we did on November 15 (just Phase 1), but for some reason today, I’m surprisingly sore.
The only difference is that – although I didn’t even do the snatches afterward, like I did on November 15 – I tried to go harder in the 8 minutes of Tabata work. I think I topped 100 pushups and 150 squats in the 8 minutes. When done with good form, this can be really effective. And the only piece of equipment I used was an online Tabata timer. No weights, no pull-up bar, no kettlebell, no problem; just me and the clock. Love it.
