Turkish Get-ups! Boo-yah!

I enjoyed some time this evening with my favorite new friend: the Turkish Get-up.  I’ve been focusing hard on keeping my shoulder packed and keeping my core tight throughout the rep, and I found myself getting fatigued tonight, which is good.  But when you get tired, it’s easy to compromise form, which dramatically increases the risk of injury when you have a 53# cannon ball wobbling over your head.  So that’s when it’s time to take a break or stop.  So for tonight, it was…
