Good times, yet again.
Tonight I did 5 ladders, up to 2 reps apiece of KB clean and presses, then followed that with 6 minutes of KB snatches at 50-60% effort.
I probably went a bit harder than 60% on the snatches, and I ended up doing four sets of 1o reps per side in the six minutes allotted (by the roll of a pair of dice, of course).
I used a 53# bell.
Great, relatively light workout with some good stretching and calisthenics to warm up.
