What I Did Today: Turkish Get-ups

Here was my workout today (a lighter day):

Turkish Get-ups, one rep per side for 9 minutes (53# KB).

This time I felt my form starting to slip due to fatigue about minute 7, so I took a short (30 seconds’) rest before hitting it again for the remaining time.

Hopefully tomorrow I’ll feel great – as has been the custom the morning after doing Turkish Get-ups – before my day of heavy clean and presses and swings.
