Today I did about 20 minutes of stretching using some of my favorite yoga-type poses and a bunch of stuff you used to do in junior high P.E. Stretching is important not only for increasing overall mobility, but it also assists in muscle recovery. When you’re sore, stretching is good medicine. It’s even something I can do in front of the TV without fear of cracking someone’s skull with a flying kettlbell. I love a good stretching session.
