This evening we had some good friends over for dinner, and I invited my friend Ian to join me for some clean and presses followed by some Turkish get-ups. He happily obliged and the pre-dinner fun commenced:
5 clean and press ladders, up to 2 reps.
Turkish get-ups, alternating left and right for 8 minutes.
Ian is no stranger to kettlebells, and it was fun to work out with someone who does swings for fun. So we got a good sweat on and then enjoyed some of Sonja’s next Slow-Cooker Saturday experiment, Ham Soup.
