The Eating Challenge Follow-up
Did any of you take the two week eating challenge? Did you start listening to your body more when eating, and stop eating when you were satisfied? What were the results? Did you feel better? Did you drop any weight? Did you eat less? Were you starving all day? Did you have to eat more frequent and smaller meals? We’d love to hear your results.
Are you ready to take the challenge if you haven’t already done so? We are just asking for 2 weeks. That’s it. If that seems too overwhelming, what about just eating until you are satisfied for one day? No stuffing yourself for just one day. You can do it!!
