Workout #3 Here is workout #3 part of a trio of workouts that Jonathan wrote three or four years ago or so. They are killer and they can be really short. The key is working hard while you are moving, so you are getting more bang for your buck.
- 40 Kettlebell Swings
- Run 400 meters
- 40 Kettlebell Squats
- Run 400 meters
- 40 Pushups
- Run 400 meters
Do two rounds of this workout, resting only as needed.
