Kettlebell Clean and Presses

On Monday, Sonja and I went for a run then did some clean and press ladders.  She used a 20# kettlebell and I used the 53# bell.  The first three rounds the ladders went up to four reps, then we topped out at three reps.  I’m feeling it a little in my shoulders today.
