Kettlebell Clean and Presses and Snatches

So Wednesday was a light day.  I did my clean and press ladders up to two reps and then finished with five minutes of snatches.  I was in a hurry, so it was nice to be able to squeeze in my workout before Christmas caroling while not deviating from my program.  So again…

Five KB clean and press ladders (up to 2 reps)

KB snatches, six reps per side on the minute for five minutes.

In the five minutes of kettlebell snatches, I did six reps per side every minute for five minutes.
