The BOP Smoothie Recipe
(The Banana Orange Pineapple Smoothie)
Hey, that’s sounds like a really fast type of jazz, or maybe it stands for the new type of smoothie Jonathan just created. Wow! This is really yummy. This doesn’t have too many ingredients, and it’s different from our typical smoothie. It was an instant hit in the Sarr household. It was really smooth because of the bananas and sweetened especially with the pineapple and mango. Give it a try, and let us know what you think!
The Ingredients:
- 3 oranges, peeled
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup mango, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup water
- handful of ice
- 1 T flaxseed oil, optional
