As I work toward my goal of completing 100 kettlebell snatches in five minutes or less, one stop along the way is was 128 snatches in 8 minutes. Here’s how I did it. Workout:
Eight-minute countdown:
Kettlebell Snatch – 8 reps, Left
Kettlebell Snatch – 8 reps, Right
That was enough for me. Eight minutes of hard work, and my heart was pounding pretty hard. I finished with some stretching and called it a day. I do…not…believe…that you have to work out for thirty-plus minutes five days per week to get into, and stay in good shape.
