100 Kettlebell Snatches in Five Minutes…Again.

It’s pretty encouraging that my goal was to complete 100 kettlebell snatches in five minutes or less by today, Monday March 5, and I actually did it twice last week!  That’s not much for some people, but it’s exciting for me.  Everyone needs to start where they are, right?

On Friday, here’s what I did: Workout:

Five minute countdown:

Kettlebell snatch – 10 reps Left

Kettlebell snatch – 10 reps Right

This was a bit tougher mentally than on Monday, when I did decreasing numbers of reps per round.  I stayed steady at 10 reps per round, but I felt really good, which was surprising, since I was feeling a bit under the weather.

Next up?  Same workout, but six minutes rather than five.  We’ll see how it goes!
