Place everything in the crock-pot and stir.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

Remove the lid, stir and have fun popping some of the cranberries.

Cook uncovered for another 45-60 minutes or until thickened and most of the cranberries have popped.

You can make this 3 days in advance and keep it in the refrigerator. Freezes well.
