Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Transfer the dairy-free "cheese" to the crock-pot.

Cover, and cook on high for 30 minutes.

Stir until nice and smooth, about 1 minute.

Turn to low and serve when needed.

Optional, if you have a high powered blender, you can just whirl this until it's heated (about 5 minutes) and not use the crock-pot._
