Creamy Blueberry Orange Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice could substitute water
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup plain or Greek yogurt try coconut milk yogurt for dairy free
  • 1/2 cup ice if needed
  • 2 T chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
  2. Serve immediately.
