Orange Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup apple juice or water
  • 1 cup ice optional
  • 1 T flaxseed oil optional

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Feel free to substitute different fruits with each other.
  2. Serve immediately.
