small tomato

mango juice or frozen mango for a thicker smoothie

cup
water if not using mango juice

flaxseed oil

Instructions
Blend all ingredients except the bananas and ice until thoroughly blended.
Add the bananas and ice and thoroughly blend.
Serve immediately.
