Roasted Garlic Almond Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Oil
  • 1 cloves Roasted Garlic can sub with 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor.

  2. Blend. Make it as chunky or smooth as you prefer. Add more water or oil by the tablespoon to get desired consistency.

  3. Enjoy with your favorite vegetables or sandwich. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
