Ingredients

  • 6 Cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 Lime, zested and juiced
  • 4 Teaspoons Fresh Mint, torn or chopped or 1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried Mint

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl place cubed watermelon. Drizzle lime juice, lime zest, and mint onto the watermelon. Carefully stir, serve and enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers up to two days.
