Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas peeled & sliced into coins prior to freezing
  • 1/4 cup peanuts or peanut butter or other nut butters
  • 2 T cocoa powder
  • 2 T coconut cream I use Trader Joe's brand or you can use a non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen bananas, peanuts or peanut butter, cocoa powder, and coconut cream or milk in the food processor or high powered blender, and process until smooth, scraping down sides occasionally.
  2. If needed add more milk, and process until smooth.
  3. Eat as is, or freeze for 30-60 minutes so you can scoop it out like ice cream, and enjoy!!
