Easy Homemade Ranch Dressing, Dairy-Free, Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews soaked for at least 15 minutes and up to 3 hours
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 T minced fresh basil or 1 t dried basil
  • 1/4 t fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 t dried dill
  • 1/8 t paprika
  • dash Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into airtight container, and store in the fridge.
