Easy Homemade Ranch Dressing, Dairy-Free, Vegan

cashews soaked for at least 15 minutes and up to 3 hours

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into airtight container, and store in the fridge.
