Baked Sweet Potato Fries, G-F, V

Ingredients

  • 2 large organic sweet potatoes scrubbed (I leave the skin on, but you don't have to)
  • 2 T grapeseed oil olive oil and coconut oil would work, too
  • drizzle of paprika
  • drizzle of pepper
  • Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
  • or instead of dry ingredients use a seasoning salt like a Homemade Red Robin-Inspired Healthified Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut potatoes into fries.
  3. In a large bowl combine grapeseed oil, paprika, pepper, Himalayan Pink Salt.
  4. Add cut potatoes to the bowl, and stir to combine.
  5. Spread out seasoned sweet potatoes in an even layer on a lipped baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, and stir.
  7. Bake for another 7 minutes, or until you achieve the desired golden brown.
