Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 T organic sugar or honey
  • 1/8 t ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Blend and serve immediately!
  2. You can garnish with granola or crushed graham crackers (make gluten free if needed) and real whipped cream or non-dairy real food alternative like coconut cream.
