Crystallized Ginger

Cheesecloth
String
Instructions
Pour cider into crock pot, making sure it's not more than ¾ full.
Poke cloves into the orange wedges.
Place remaining ingredients in cheesecloth.
Tie cheesecloth with string, and place into crock pot.
Cook on high for 2 hours.
Reduce setting to low, and serve at your leisure.
