Homemade Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds tomatoes diced & drained (if desiring a drier salsa)
  • 2/3 of a bell pepper diced (I used 1/3 green and 1/3 red)
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 T lime juice can substitute lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1 t sea salt
  • dash of ground pepper
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the tomatoes as coarsely or as finely as desired.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve with organic corn chips, eggs, or whatever your heart desires.
