Citrus Parsley Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • handful of parsley
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 T flaxseed oil optional
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk optional

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
