Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime peeled
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1/2 pear
  • 3 T of lemon juice or 1 whole lemon
  • 1 T flaxseed oil optional
  • handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
