BLAT Salad


Ingredients

  • 1 head of Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 12 ounces Bacon cooked, and diced
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 1 medium Tomato diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Onion diced
  • Optional 1 Cucumber, diced
  • Dijon Vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Arrange lettuce on a large plate.
  2. Position remaining vegetables and bacon in rows.
  3. Generously drizzle with the dijon vinaigrette or dressing of choice.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
