Ingredients

head of Romaine Lettuce
chopped

ounces
Bacon
cooked, and diced
1
Avocado
diced
1
medium Tomato
diced

Tablespoon
Red Onion
diced
Optional
1 Cucumber, diced
Dijon Vinaigrette
Instructions
Arrange lettuce on a large plate.
Position remaining vegetables and bacon in rows.
Generously drizzle with the dijon vinaigrette or dressing of choice.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
