Cranberry Recipes
Cranberries are an amazing little berry. They are cancer and heart disease-fighters (who doesn’t love that) packed with flavanoids, full of antioxidants, they fight off a certain unmentionable infection and more. Not only are they powerful, they are beau-ti-ful and full of flavor. So it’s not surprising that cranberries garnish dishes, giving food an added pop of color and contrast of textures.
The following recipes all contain cranberries in some way. Some are fresh, and some are dried. Some are raw recipes, and some are cooked. Some use the crock-pot, and others use the oven. Some you drink, and some you eat. Take your choice. I hope you’ll find some cranberry recipe inspiration for this holiday season and beyond.
