Easy Bean Burrito Recipe

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • 2 cans of refried beans or make your own
  • handful of chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 T garlic powder or minced garlic
  • 1 T olive oil
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • cheese to top omit for dairy-free/vegan

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheese in a microwavable bowl. Microwave 2 1/2-3 1/2 minutes or until the beans are heated thoroughly. Or heat on the stove top in a pan on medium heat.
  2. Top tortillas with bean mixture, and cheese if desired.
  3. Fold as shown above, reheat for 30 seconds if desired, and enjoy!
