Banana Coconut Cream Pie Smoothie is a pie in a beverage glass. Creamy. Smooth. Delicious!
How fun it has been to come up with Pie inspired smoothies! I am a crunch girl, and I really like the texture it adds on top of the smoothie to add a little granola or graham crackers.
This Banana Coconut Cream Pie smoothie is a sweet, refreshing treat, great anytime of the day. We’ve had it at breakfast time, and as a snack, but it would be great with lunch or as a dessert as well.
The Verdict: Loved it, loved it, loved it, and the kids wanted more! You can easily add a handful of raw spinach which I have done before. Just know it won’t look like banana anymore.:) Updated 6/14.
